SF6 gas recovering and purifying process and tank
The present invention relates to an SF6 gas recovering and purifying process and a tank. The gas-liquid mixture containing SF6 is gas-liquid separated in the SF6 gas recovering and purifying tank, and the liquid component is cooled to separate out dissolved N2, O2 and CO2. The SF6 gas recovering and purifying tank is separated with a baffle possessing a passage into one upper part and one lower part, and has a valve for opening and closing in the passage a vacuumizing port with controlling ball valve in the upper part, and a refrigerator set with pipeline system from refrigerant inlet to refrigerant outlet, a SF6 gas inlet, heating rods, a new SF6 gas outlet and a temperature transmitter in the lower part. The present invention has the advantages of high SF6 gas recovery rate and high SF6 gas purity.
